We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- The Quantity Surveyor will work with the construction team in forecasting the cost of different materials needed for the project
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budget , bills of quantity, and track changes to the design or construction work
- Advising on a range of legal and contractual issues
- Valuing completed work and arranging for payments.
- Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labour costs
- Preparing, negotiating and analysing costs for tenders and contracts
- Coordination of work effort
Qualifications
- B.Sc / HND in Quantity surveying
- 2 years working experience in a constructing firm
- Must have completed his/ her one (1) year Nysc mandatory service.
