Job Title: Dispatch Assistant
Location: Mushin, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- The Dispatch Assistant is required to assist the delivery of these products by offloading, unloading, sorting, carrying, and transporting goods to our customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Receive and dispatch orders for products or deliveries.
- Monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule.
- Provide field units with information about orders, traffic, obstacles and requirements.
- Assist dispatchers in a customer service/support capacity to ensure the completion of the delivery process.
- Ensure the environment for food stores and depots are always clean.
- Drive vehicle when necessary to ensure deliveries are safe and timely.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND / HND and an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification.
- Knowledge of procedures and guidelines for emergency situations.
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Outstanding organizational and multi tasking abilities.
