Alpha’s Touch, a fast growing privately owned Laundry company is seeking to employ qualified candidates for an immediate resumption to fill the position below:Job Title: Operations / Customer Experience ClerkLocation: LagosJob DescriptionTagging & taking records of all clothes picked upMonitor the activities of the washmen/ironers/drivers.In charge of quality assurance (all washed clothes & all ironed clothes must have been verified by youUpdate the daily register & ensure each worker signs to what he has washed/starched & ironed.Inventory taking & stock keeping (to manage / monitor the use of materials)All customers must have an update of their bill at least twiceCommunicate deliveries and ensure prompt deliveries.Ensure >70% customer retention.
