Job Title: Litigation Lawyer

Job Responsibilities
- Prepare all documents required to file cases
- Work closely with staff to prepare a comprehensive brief on each case that goes to trial
- Offer legal representation at arbitration or mediation hearings.
- Facilitate innovative solutions to client problems.
- Offer legal representation to clients in court proceedings on civil or criminal matters.
- Maintain a regular schedule of hearings, court appearances and conferences based on case
Job Qualifications and Skills
- LL.B Law Degree
- Experience: 4- 5 years post-call experience.
- Experience in drafting, negotiating and reviewing legal documents.
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and public speaking skills
- Knowledge of MS Office suite
- Applicants residing within Opebi, Oregun, Ikeja, Magodo, Gbagada, and axis is an added advantage.
