    Accountabilities



    • Ensure orders are correctly and timely entered, processed, invoiced and closed in Tally.

    • Ensure that Open Orders are fulfilled (or deleted) as soon as possible, keeping all stakeholders well informed at all times

    • He must ensure that sales and payment related accounting documents are properly kept.

    • Participate in daily inventory reconciliation (physical and system)

    • Report and explain variances to stock levels and damages and supply documentary backup for the same


    Knowledge, Skills & Experience



    • OND in Accounting

    • Work experience of 2-3 years

    • IT skills especially of Microsoft MS Office Programs

    • Customer service orientation

    • Communication skills critical experience

    • Experience in cold room management is a bonus
