Description:
We are looking for a professional housing estate sales executive to be an intermediary between the company and buyers as Investment Advisers. Investment Advisers responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to prospective buyers. This is a great oppurtunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate and the Abuja Housing market.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide guidance and assist buyers in purchasing proertyfor the right price under the best terms.
- Determine clients’needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
- Display and market real property to possible buyers.
- Prepare necessary paperwork and documents (Offer Letter, Allocations, Deeds, Etc.).
- Client management and services.
- Conduct home inspection with and for prospective buyers.
- Develop networks and cooperate with company attorneys, and mortgage banks.
- Promote sales through advertisements, face to face sales efforts, open houses and listing services.
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
REQUIRMENTS:
- Must possess a first degree or HND in Marketing or any Social Science course. A Certificate in Sales will be an added advantage.
- Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson with at least 3 years similar experience.
- Proven track of successful sales record.
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
- Must be very presentable and full of energy.
- Pleasant, highly confident and trustworthy.
- MUST LIVE IN ABUJA and it’s environs.
- Ms Office familiarity (especially Excel Spreadsheet).
- Must be familiar with the Abuja Real Estate industry.
