Job Title: Accountant
Job Location: Lagos
Requirement:
- 5 years experience plus a relevant degree in Accounting and
SAGE software. Must possess demonstrable and measurable success
in a similar role.
Job Duty
- Liaison with Bank to manage company funds
- Maintaining salary details of entire company
- Compiling salary details and submitting for final
approval to the Top Management.
- Office fund transaction.
- Assisting Financial Controller in day to day
activities.
- Keeping track of all transactions.
- Administer all posting on accounts
- Any other duty’s that may be assigned from time to
time.
- Produce daily treasury report
- Crosscheck bank charges on our statements
- Prepare daily cash and bank movement report
- Monthly bank reconciliation
Job Title: Plant Mechanic
Job Location: Lagos
Requirement:
- 10 years minimum industrial experience as a plant Mechanic
for a multinational troubleshooting maintenance issues on
conveyors, elevators, dust collectors, fans and crushers.
Job Duty
- Experience of the maintenance of a modern fleet of
heavy earthwork equipment e.g. CAT and VOLVO wheel loaders,
excavators and dump trucks associated with quarrying operations
- Regular inspection of engines, gearboxes, hydraulics,
electrical systems and tyres
- Diagnose ,overhaul, repair, tune, maintain and test
diesel and petro powered vehicles and plant equipment
- Carrying out routine servicing of plant and
equipments both on site and workshop
- Arranging machinery that cannot be fixed on site to
be moved to the repair workshop
- Must be skilled in the safe and correct use of all workshop
equipment used to carry out maintenance on vehicles and plant
equipment
- Extensive hands on experience in maintenance of
crushing plants
Job Title: Mining Engineers
Job Location: Lagos
Job requirement :
- 5-10yrs experience and must be CONREG Certified
Job description
- Assessing the feasibility and potential for
commercial benefit of new sites
- Assessing the commercial viability of new mining
ventures
- Preparing plans for mines, for example tunnels and
shafts for underground mines
- Ensuring the safety of mining equipment and assessing
mine equipment supplies
- Providing consultancy and advice on mining and
mineral extraction projects
- Managing budgets
- Training and supervising staff
- Liaising with and advising managerial and technical
staff
- Ascertaining extraction risks
- Using specialist computer applications to maximize
planning and production
- Analyzing data
- Monitoring and evaluating underground performance
- Managing construction projects
- Ensuring that operations comply with health and
safety requirements
- Keeping records
- Making sure that equipment used is safe
- Planning and implementing extraction systems
Job Title: Facility Manager – Quarry
Job Location: Lagos
Job description
- preparing documents to put out tenders for
contractors
- project management and supervising and coordinating
work of contractors
- investigating availability and suitability of
options for new premises
- calculating and comparing costs for required goods or
services to achieve maximum value for money
- planning for future development in line with
strategic business objectives
- managing and leading change to ensure minimum
disruption to core activities
- directing, coordinating and planning essential
central services such as reception, security, maintenance,
mail, archiving, cleaning, mining, waste disposal and recycling
- ensuring the quarry meets health and safety
requirements and that facilities comply with legislation
- keeping staff safe by ensuring that key government
health and safety legislation (Quarries Regulations 1999 and
Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Quarries) Regulations 2008)
is implemented throughout the site
- planning best allocation and utilization of space and
resources for new sites, equipments or re-organizing current
premises
- checking that agreed work by staff or contractors has
been completed satisfactorily and following up on any
deficiencies
- coordinating and leading one or more teams to cover
various areas of responsibility
- using performance management techniques to monitor
and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels and to
lead on improvement
- Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent
issues as they arise and dealing with the consequences
- keeping up to date with relevant government
legislation and industry developments
