PLANT ENGINEERREQUIREMENTS
ª B.sc/HND in any Engineering professional certificate in Mechanical Engineering
ª Not less than 5 years relevant experience in pharmaceutical or FMCG industry
ª Proven ability in Engineering management
ª Strong communication skills, both oral and written
ª Ability to motivate maintenance staff to meet deadlines and production goals
ª Strong electrical, mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
CUSTOMER RELATIONS OFFICERREQUIREMENTS
ª B.sc in Marketing, Administration or other related fields
ª 3 – 5 years experience in customer relation in pharmaceutical or FMCG industry
ª Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ª Good organizational and time-management skills
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT OFFICERREQUIREMENTS
ª Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
ª 5 years experience in Pharmaceutical product development
ª Proven track record of pharmaceutical product development
ª Project management, ability to lead cross-functional teams to meet product objectives
