HEAD, CORPORATE STRATEGYREQUIREMENT
ª First degree and a master’s degree in any of the Humanities or Social Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics, Business or Economics from a recognized university
ª Must have relevant local or international professional qualification (NISER, NES)
ª Not less than 15 years relevant experience to the job objectives with not less than 5 years in a senior management position
HEAD, CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONSREQUIREMENTS
ª First degree in Social Sciences and a master’s degree in English, Mass Communications, or industrial relations
ª Professional qualification with strong evidence of good practice years preferably in a media outfit
ª Professional membership of relevant local and/or international associations e.g. NIPR, NIM
ª Not less than 10 years of relevant experience to the job objectives
HEAD, MARKETING AND CUSTOMER SERVICESREQUIREMENTS
ª Degree in Social Sciences / or equivalent but preferably in marketing
ª MBA qualification will be an advantage
ª Not less than 15 years relevant experience to the job objectives of which at least 10 must be in rendering related services in a large FMCG, bank telecommunication or insurance company with at least 5 years in senior management position
HEAD, HUMAN RESOURCES AND ADMINISTRATIONREQUIREMENTS
ª First degree and a master’s degree in any of the Social Sciences or equivalent, preferably in Human Resources such as CIPM, CIPD, SHRM
ª Not less than 15 years relevant experience in the job objectives of which a minimum of 10 years must be in rendering related services in a large utility company, FNCG, bank or oil and gas with at least 5 years in a senior management position
HEAD, FINANCE & ACCOUNTSREQUIREMENTS
ª First degree and a master’s degree in any of the Social Sciences or equivalent
ª Must have professional qualification in accounting such as ACA, ACCA, ANAN, CIBN
ª Minimum of 15 years relevant experience to the job objectives of which at least 10 years must be rendering related services in a large utility company, FMCG, bank or oil and gas company and not less than 5 years in a senior management position
HEAD OF I.T.REQUIREMENTS
ª Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and/or Master’s degree in computer science, computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or any related field
ª Must have professional membership with relevant local and/or international associations such as ICT certifications (MSCE, CCNA, etc),
ª Certifications in Program/project management, Networking, switching (CWNP, CISA, MCITP, MCTS, CCNP, CISSP, PMP) will be an advantage
ª Not less than 10 years experience in ICT management
