Executive Personal Assistant (Catering) at RS Hunter

 Responsibilities and duties

Managing the food and beverage provision for functions and events;Supervising catering and waiting staff both at the kitchen and at the event;Planning menus in consultation with the catering staffOverseeing the handling and quality of food throughout catering services.Recruiting and training casual staff;Organisation, leading and motivating the catering team;Planning staff shifts and rotas;Providing feedback to CEO on all activitiesLiaising with the CEO on any issues that is affecting the businessEnsuring health and safety regulations are strictly observed;Monitoring the quality of the service provided;Keeping financial and administrative records;Ensure stock levels and order new supplies when required;Establish relationship with clients, liaise with suppliers and create vendor relationships.Ensure client feedback form is duly filled and documented.Assist in negotiating contracts with clients, assessing their requirements and ensuring they are satisfied with the service delivered.

Skills

Must have a university degree from a reputable institutionTeam management skills in a catering environmentExceptional customer skillsExcellent communication schools3-5 years’ experience in a similar roleAbility to work under pressureMust be 35 years and above.Proactive and self-motivatedMust be flexible and able to work in any environment.Confident and organisedQualification in hotel management/catering desirable but not essential.
