Coming up with strategies to develop this category.
Forecasting quantities for the category
Carrying out periodic SWOT and Industry analysis to evaluate position.
Evaluating product line-up continuously and suggesting enhancements.
Ensuring product training in all distribution channels and sales team.
Coming up with promotional ideas to develop the business.
Coming up with and implementing marketing activities.
Set targets for various sales people for their respective accounts to attain the overall growth targets.
Ensure good displays and representation of the product range in the various distribution channels.
Ensure market leadership and continuous growth of market share
