REQUIREMENTS

First degree or its equivalent in any discipline; additional qualification or degree in any finance or business related discipline may be an advantageNot less than 8 years post qualification experience of which at least 5 must be in the financial services industry and at least 3 years at the senior level of managementProven skills and competences in practical microfinance and MSME banking especially in a turnaround or startup scenarioCertification in Microfinance banking will be an advantageHEAD, INTERNAL AUDIT – MFCHIC01

REQUIREMENTS

First degree or its equivalent in any discipline; additional qualification or degree in any finance or business related discipline may be an advantageNot less than 5 years post qualification experience of which at least 4 must be in the financial services industry and at least 3 years at the senior level of management in an Audit/Control roleProven skills and competences in setting up and managing effective control structuresCertification in Microfinance banking will be an advantageHEAD, CREDIT & RISK MANAGEMENT – MFHCR01

REQUIREMENTS

First degree or its equivalent in any discipline; additional qualification or degree in any finance or business related discipline may be an advantageNot less than 5 years post qualification experience of which at least 4 must be in the financial services industry and at least 2 years at the senior level of management in a Credit/Risk Management roleProven skills and competences in managing credit for individuals and MSMEsCertification in Microfinance banking will be an advantageCREDIT AND RISK MANAGEMENT OFFICERS – MFBCR01

REQUIREMENTS

HND/B. sc in Business, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fieldsExcellent analytical skills combined with working knowledge of Finance & Accounting2 – 3 years working experience in a credit role focused on individuals and MSMEsCertification in Microfinance Banking will be an advantageHEAD – FINANCE, ACCOUNTS AND STRATEGY – MFHFS01

REQUIREMENTS

First degree or its equivalent in any discipline; additional qualification or degree in any finance or business related discipline may be an advantageNot less than 5 years post qualification experience of which at least 4 must be in the financial services industry and at least 2 years at the senior level of management in the finance functionsProven skills and competences in the managing of finance function of an MFB and sound understanding of regulatory requirementsCertification in Microfinance Banking will be a plusFINANCE OFFICERS – MFBFO01
