Customer Care Executive

Job Description

Deliver excellent customer service, at all times, ensuring guests’ comfort and safetyDeal with all enquires in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mailAssist in keeping the hotel clean and tidy, at all timesDeal with customer complaints in a professional mannerPlanning and organizing accommodation, catering and other hotel services;Promoting and marketing the business;Managing budgets and financial plans as well as controlling expenditure;Recruiting, training and monitoring staff;Planning work schedules for individuals and teams;Addressing problems and troubleshooting;Ensuring events and conferences run smoothly;Supervising maintenance, supplies, renovations and furnishings;Dealing with contractors and suppliers;Ensuring security is effective;Carrying out inspections of property and services;Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations

Educational Requirement

A good degree in Hotel management, Business Management, or other related field.

Must be Computer LiterateMust be able to work with minimal SupervisionMust have excellent verbal and written communication skillsMust have excellent problem solving and decision making skillsExcellent Supervisory and leadership skillsGood People ManagementExcellent Organisational Skills

Experience

8 years post graduation experience in similar capacity
