Customer Care Executive
Job Description
Deliver excellent customer service, at all times, ensuring guests’ comfort and safetyDeal with all enquires in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mailAssist in keeping the hotel clean and tidy, at all timesDeal with customer complaints in a professional mannerPlanning and organizing accommodation, catering and other hotel services;Promoting and marketing the business;Managing budgets and financial plans as well as controlling expenditure;Recruiting, training and monitoring staff;Planning work schedules for individuals and teams;Addressing problems and troubleshooting;Ensuring events and conferences run smoothly;Supervising maintenance, supplies, renovations and furnishings;Dealing with contractors and suppliers;Ensuring security is effective;Carrying out inspections of property and services;Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulationsEducational Requirement
A good degree in Hotel management, Business Management, or other related field.Competencies
