Pipe Fitter/Welder

Requirements

Must be able to interpret pipe drawingsMust be able to take measurementsMust be able to operate a cutting disk and a grinder.Must be able to take on small-medium welding jobsAbility to use manual and electrical dicing machines is a plus.

Electrical Engineer

Requirements

Must have experience in the installation, commissioning and maintenance of CCTV cameras, Smoke detectors, Access Control, Sprinklers and other fire fighting/prevention gadgets.Must be able to interpret drawings and take-off materialHND / Degree qualification in relevant discipline

Mechanical Engineer

Requirements

Perfect knowledge of Auto-cardProficiency in fire fighting systems (Fire pumps, sprinklers, hydrants, hose reels etc.)Knowledge of Water based/foam fire fighting systemsHND / Degree qualification in relevant discipline

IT Specialist

Requirements

Good Knowledge of Networking & Network infrastructureMust have knowledge of EMS (Environment Monitoring System) or BMS (Building Management System)Must have experience in the installation, commissioning and maintenance of CCTV & Access control.Must have good knowledge of SNMP (Simple Network Monitoring Protocol) or MOD BUS protocol.HND / Degree qualification in relevant discipline

Admin Officer

Requirements

Coordinate the procurement of products/ services.Delivering progress reports to the purchasing supervisor as often as possible.Assist in negotiating the best prices with vendors.Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of purchased goods.Responsible for the preparation and processing of purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to site/store on time.Purchase and issue order in accordance to specification.Plan and manage inventory levels of materials or productsDegree in Business Administration or any related field Minimumof 3 years in a similar role

Cook/Chef

Requirements

Must have experience in catering for non Nigerian nationalsAbility to cook Lebanese cuisine is a plus.Accommodation is provided.

Driver

Requirements

Knowledge of Victoria Island and environs is a plus.Minimum of SSCE.
