• Passionate about the Fashion Industry i.e. Luxurious, expensive clothes and shoes
• Responsible for managing the sales, operations, asset protection, and human resources function of the shop to assure a great customer experience and optimum profitability.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Provide world class customer service by building quality relationships with customers and following up on all customer requests in a timely manner.
• Responsible for improving on the company’s bottom line by increasing the company’s market share
• Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential and maintaining upkeep of the store appearance and display
• Be aware of the fashion trend and competitors and provide constructive feedback.
• Proper stocking and accountability by understanding reorder level and how to track sales volume by fashion demands
• Responsible to direct, train, coach and demonstrate servant leadership to subordinates
Skill set
• Knowledge of Microsoft word &excel
• Knowledge of Social Media Marketing
• Good written and oral communication
• Prior management experience (not less than 3years)
• Demonstrate effective interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
• Possess the capacities to coach, motivate, and train a store team
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, and holidays
• Ability to carry out Financial Planning and Strategy
