Following a 12 months analysis on our original business model of online paid jobs advertising and CV database access, Careers Nigeria is now pleased to announce that we are a full Recruitment & Talent Management Company.
We embarked on a review of how we are doing our business based on continued interests and conversations from existing and new clients who were asking for for more robust recruitment services.
This review commenced in June 2010 after we have completed some major recruitment projects for a few multinational corporations. We realized that within our current team, we have skilled personnel that have expertise in managing multiple recruitment assignments.
Hence, in the last 6 months we decided to implement a strategy that not only give recruiters and employers access to candidates, but also assist HR and Recruitment managers to coordinate tha actual hiring process from start to finish. This has led to the relaunch of our website as a Candidate Attraction and Talent Search & Selection company. This will now be our core services
This new change will mean that Careers Nigeria will no longer be advertising jobs for companies. Soon, most of the jobs on our website will be assignments we are working on or jobs we understand will be available in the very near future within our client’s businesses.
However, we will also be launching bespoke branded advertising campaigns for specific clients. More details about this later.
Employers will now be able to rely on us to manage their recruitment processes via our diverse client services. On the other hand, exceptional talent and excellent candidates will value us as a trusted partner for their career development.
We are very happy to have pioneered the online recruitment industry in Nigeria, which have seen a proliferation of so many websites in the last 1-2 years. This will be good for the future of jobsites in Nigeria.
Our website and services will continue to be dependent on web based recruitment, and sourcing and engaging with extraordinary talent via Social Media channels as well. It is looking good.
