Applicants should possess minimum of 3 years hands-on experience and sound technical know-how in all basic breads, pastry and cake production/quality control. Working knowledge of Microsoft office tools is mandatory and a valid driver’s license
The right candidate will be personable with good communication and customer service skill; ability to work/lead a team is essential
