Job Summary
- We are looking to hire the services of a Senior Supply & Logistics Officer who will be responsible for managing the logistics operations of the organization.
The Profile
- First Degree or HND from a reputable tertiary institution. Relevant certification is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of French language.
- Must have at least 4 years’ experience as a Supply & Logistics Officer. Past experience in the FMCG or E-Commerce sector is an added advantage.
- Proven experience managing large complex teams, comprising of salaried, hourly and agency employees.
- Must be able to ensure that all delivery associates complete their daily order assignments and payment reconciliation accurately and on time.
- Must be able to plan all aspects of logistics operations including inbound/outbound logistics, insurance related to company and logistics operations.
- Would be responsible for the achievement of key last mile delivery, such as delivery success rate, delivery satisfaction score etc.
