Sightsavers is excited to be recruiting two Support Services Interns for one to work in our Nigeria Country office in Kaunda and one in our Abuja Annex Office, to be responsible for providing multi-disciplinary range of services, from giving administrative assistance to other employees and visitors, to working on front desks and receiving and directing visitors and stakeholders.
The Support Services Interns will conduct protocol services to stakeholders, provide day-to-day premises services to the NCO and Aduja Annex Office, support the Administrative Secretary, Assistant, and Support Services Team, and assist the Support Services Manager with ad-hoc tasks and projects.
The Interns will discuss their objectives with their line managers, receive on-going on the job coaching and have monthly review meetings to help with progression.
As the successful Support Services Intern you will have a First Degree or Higher National Diploma in Business Management, Social Sciences or the Humanities. You will have strong administration and customer care skills, an understanding of and a commitment too equality of opportunity, possess good IT skills (e.g. Microsoft applications), and be able to manage your time effectively.
