Front Desk/Clients Relations/Customer Service

- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 2 – 5 years
- Location Lagos

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the first contact to customers.
- Meet the needs of customers and give appropriate guide.
- To maintain a friendly and courteous demeanour at all times.
- Ensure patients are promptly reminded of their review and glasses’ due dates.
- Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate client’s bookings as appropriate.
- Study competition to find new ways to increase and retain customers.
- Set sales targets and work diligently to meet them.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must hold minimum of HND or equivalent and proficient in English Language (oral and written).
- Must have good knowledge of the use of Microsoft Office Packages.
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to multi-task.
- Must be smart, creative, good communicator and administratively efficient.
- Ability to pay attention to details.
- Good customer service orientation.
- A Bi-lingual skill is an advantage.
