SUMMARY:
Social Media Specialist is responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the company’s Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
- Define most important social media KPIs
- Manage and oversee social media content
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
- Provide constructive feedback
- Contribute to the creation and execution of digital and social ad strategy, development and analysis
- Implement digital audits, analyzes results, deliver initial findings and recommend strategies
- Analyze metrics across multiple social channels and recommend ways to optimize performance
- Execute research related to social media platform and advertising updates, and new tools and applications
- Audit online campaigns, identify key findings and recommend best approaches
- Running Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns in Facebook Ads
- Anticipate client and team needs and offer to help before being asked
- Spots industry news and trends, and shares with the team
RELATIONSHIP:
Report functionally and directly to the Head of Operations
Work collaboratively with all other employees
