    SUMMARY:


     Social Media Specialist is responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the company’s Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales.


    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



    • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy

    • Define most important social media KPIs

    • Manage and oversee social media content

    • Measure the success of every social media campaign

    • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies

    • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing

    • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization

    • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network

    • Provide constructive feedback

    • Contribute to the creation and execution of digital and social ad strategy, development and analysis

    • Implement digital audits, analyzes results, deliver initial findings and recommend strategies

    • Analyze metrics across multiple social channels and recommend ways to optimize performance

    • Execute research related to social media platform and advertising updates, and new tools and applications

    • Audit online campaigns, identify key findings and recommend best approaches

    • Running Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns in Facebook Ads

    • Anticipate client and team needs and offer to help before being asked

    • Spots industry news and trends, and shares with the team


     RELATIONSHIP:


    Report functionally and directly to the Head of Operations


    Work collaboratively with all other employees
