Job Title: Graduate Security Associate
Responsibilities
- Collate and validate intelligence, evaluate the reliability of sources and credibility of information
- Build up intelligence pictures for warehouse operations
- Identify potential loopholes within operations cycle that might lead to theft and recommend appropriate action.
- Liaise and collaborate with security agencies where necessary to further investigate theft cases and fraud attempts
- Support security team in other areas to achieve its targets and goals etc
- Delivery of information in formal reports or as presentations and desk-level briefings
- Support police investigation, file complaints at the police station and following up with court cases
Key Performance Indicators
- Theft prevention, Case documentation and analysis
- Guards training and process improvement
- Court case reports and follow-ups
- Effective guards supervision & monitoring
- CCTV evaluation, monitoring & footage analysis/investigation
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field from a recognised and accredited University or equivalent
- 2 years relevant experience working in a large organization
- Security background
- Relevant security training is a plus
- Must have completed NYSC
