CAFÉ MANAGER


DETAILS:

Our client is a reputable specialty bakery café serving cakes, food, drinks, ice creams and more.


DUTIES:


Opening up and closing down and ensuring the café is secure at all times

Setting up and managing the café each day

Attending team, front of house and staff meetings as appropriate

Willingness to attend training as appropriate

Cash handling, float management and till reconciliation daily

Staff training

HND/BSc. in any discipline

Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing a Bar/Lounge/Café


ASSISTANT CAFÉ MANAGER


DUTIES:

Assisting the Café Manager

HEAD CHEF (SOUS CHEF)


REQUIREMENTS:

HND/BSc. in any discipline

A foundation degree in culinary arts

Excellent cooking skills

Minimum of 7 years’ experience in the planning and organizing of all kitchen activities, cost control, purchasing and inventory, compliance with ISO and HACCP standards.


CHEF DE PARTIE


REQUIREMENTS:

HND/BSc. in any discipline

A foundation degree in culinary arts

Great cooking skills

CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER


DUTIES:

Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.

Troubleshoot customer issues over the phone.

Handles issues in the best interest of both customer and company.

Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience.

Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.

Taking messages and giving feedbacks.

Accepting packages and liaising with visitors.

Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems


REQUIREMENTS:

HND/BSc. in any discipline

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Bar/Lounge/Café

Must possess excellent IT skills and efficiently use a variety of software packages.


PROCUREMENT OFFICER


DUTIES:

Order food, beverage and other products based on established par levels

Work closely with the Sous Chef in order to achieve and maintain best quality and prices

Provide Catering & Restaurant departments with special pricing requirements or needs on a case by case basis
