Roles and Responsibilities
Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services, through improvement to each function, as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions
Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls
Management of budget in coordination with the Executive Director
Payroll management including tabulation of accrued employee benefits
Disbursement of cheques for expenses
Develop and manage annual budget
Oversee regular assessments and forecasts of the organisation’s financial performance against budget, financial and operational goals
Oversee short and long term financial and managerial reporting
Managing day-to-day processing of accounts receivable and payable, and producing reports as requested
Assisting the Executive Director in creating annual organisational budgets and monitoring cash flow
Manage all organisational functions
Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services through improvements to each function HR, IT, Finance, as well as coordination and communication between functions
Drive initiatives in the Management Team and organisationally, that contribute to long term operational excellence
Providing consulting services on matters related to business structure and growth
Contribute to short and long term organisational planning and strategy as a member of the Management Team.
Serve as primary liaison in addressing legal issues
Oversee organisational insurance policies

Minimum of B.Sc. from a reputable university in Business Management, Human Resources or any relevant field
A postgraduate degree or professional qualification will be an added advantage
5 – 7 years of business management experience across a range of business disciplines
