Front Desk Officer Job in a Real Estate Company in Lagos

WorkSpace Global Consulting, the recruitment platform for MasterMindsHRSG, is urgently recruiting to fill the vacant position below in a Real Estate Company:

Position: Front Desk Officer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities


Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
Receive and direct visitors and clients
Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
Maintain office supply inventories


Coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
Prepare written responses to routine enquiries
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors
Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules
General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
Retrieve documents from filing system
Handle requests for information and data
Record, compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings


Requirements


Minimum of B.Sc from a recognized university
Candidate must be a Female
Candidates Must be resident around Lekki Axis.
1-3 years’ experience
Must be between 18-23 years of age
