Responsibilities
The key accountabilities of this position include:

Give effective presentations to make a saleProfessionally and effectively employ sales skills to achieve and surpass targeted sales figuresIncrease the level of sales and product mix direct from retailers and dealersMaintain an accurate and current database of existing and potential dealers and retailersEffectively communicate with dealers and retailers to gain commitment to purchase productsDevelop, maintain and manage relationships with dealers and retailersDrive sales campaigns to achieve sales targets
Requirement B.Sc or HND in any Related Discipline2-4 years of relevant experience in FMCG industryPresentation skills is requiredComputer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Job Title: Regional Manager

The key accountabilities of this position include:Develops business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.Responsible for the performance and development of all employees in the region.Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.Manage and take responsibility for all staff in the regionSupport staff in the region to achieve their targetsControl expenses to meet budget guidelinesQualification and Requirement B.Pharm /BSc Life Sciences6 - 10 years experience in similar managerial position in a Multinational Pharmaceutical Company, preferably with PAN Nigeria Experience Presentation skills is requiredComputer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Job Title: Sales Manager
