Job descriptionŸ  - Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate

Ÿ  - Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority

Ÿ  - Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments

Ÿ  - Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, on behalf of CEO

Ÿ  - Taking dictation and minutes

Ÿ  - Carrying out research on behalf of CEO and presenting findings

Ÿ  - Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations

Ÿ  - Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring CEO is well-prepared for meetings

Ÿ  - Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff

Ÿ  - Deputizing for CEO, making decisions and delegating work to others in the CEO’s absence

Ÿ  - Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, filing, etc.

Ÿ  - Arranging travel and accommodation and, occasionally, traveling with CEO to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.

Ÿ-  Carrying out specific projects and research

Ÿ-  Responsible for CEO’s accounts and budgets

Ÿ- Taking on some of the manager’s responsibilities and working more closely with management

Ÿ – Being involved in decision-making processes.

Ÿ – Other duties as assigned

Desired Skills and Experience

A university degree

An MBA would be an added advantage

Must live either in Abuja or Lagos Nigeria

The candidate needs to be very organized, intelligent, can take initiative and be hardworking.
