Job Title: Managing Director

Key Duties & Responsibilities The Managing Director (MD) reports to the Board of Directors.He/she has the overall responsibility to achieve the strategic goals and objectives of the company, supervise all activities undertaken by the company and provide direction to the business.
Education/Experience
A degree in numerate or semi- numerate disciplines such as Actuarial Sciences, Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting, Economics, Banking & Finance, Insurance, Law and Business Administration and other related discipline)Candidates are expected to exhibit professionalism, communication skills, Leadership Skills, Objectivity and independence, proven ability to build and maintain relationship at all levels, self motivation and managerial abilityAge: Between 35 and 50 Years ACA, ACCA, ICMA, CIBN, CIS, CFP or CFA and other relevant professional qualification from reputable organizationsMinimum of 15 years post qualification experience with at least 12 years in the Financial Services and 8 years in senior management position
Job Title: Company Secretary/Head of Legal

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Oversees the Company Secretariat/Legal issues of the Company and reports to the Managing Director. Serves as the secretary to the Board of Directors and will maintain the corporate records of all legal transactions of the Company. He/She is expected to Manage the entire Company Secretariat and Legal departmentProvide all corporate statutory and secretarial services to the companyConvene meetings of standing or ad-hoc Board Committees and EXCOKeep custody of the company’s minutes of meetings, seals and the register of sealed documentsDocument all Board ResolutionsTranscribe the minutes of all meetings convened by the company Secretary/Legal AdviserServe as the Legal Adviser of the company on all legal issues, Contract agreements management and complianceObtain updated copies of regulations and other relevant documentation relating to the company and file appropriatelyTo receive notice on behalf of the company which are delivered to its registered officeTo conduct correspondence with members with regard to share capital mattersSubmission of returns, as required by the Act, to the Registrar of CompaniesAlso Assist in:
