Qualification
The ideal candidate must be able to speak English and Hausa languages proficiently. Candidates who have managed the security network in a construction company with a very large workforce will be considered.
Key Responsibilites
Must be able to guarantee the physical security, safety of employees, and visitors in a large environmentMust be able to prevent loss and fraud by maintaining the various security books as well as the items used in conveying of materials into and out of the siteMust be able to manage the development and implementation of security policies, guidelines and proceduresDevelopment of network access and monitoring systemsTo develop emergency procedures and incident responsesMust be able to conduct audit to find lapses in security platformMust be able to develop risk management assessmentAny other assignment as directed by superior officersMust be capable of investigating security breaches and assist with disciplinary and legal matters associated with such breaches as necessaryMaintaining good relationship with local, state, and federal law enforcement and other related government agenciesTo oversee network of vendors who secure the company assetsMust be able to prevent workplace violence
