VACANCY DESCRIPTION HCM ANALYST – TRAINING Oando Marketing is currently seeking an Analyst for the HCM team who is primarily responsible for providing administrative and logistics support for the implementation of all interventions and programs related to Training. The incumbent is also responsible for conducting value adding research, analysis and reporting. (Note: All candidates with less than 3 years post NYSC will be required to pass an aptitude test before they can be considered for interview) SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Training Management • Responsible for the administration, documentation, processing, of all approved training programs in line with the appropriate budget.
