HR Assistant Job Vacancy.

A growing HR consultancy firm is in need of a Human Resource Assistant.

Duties And Responsibilities.
1. Managing the client database, and ensuring proper filing of all documents.
2. Handling both pre-sales and post-sales calls and emails.
3. Liaising with the media on all PR/marketing and advertising needs.
4. Managing the organization’s front office and provision of customer service.
5. General office administration and any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

Requirements.
1. Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration or Communication.
2. Minimum of one year experience in a commercial set up.
3. Minimum of 25 years to a maximum of 27 years. Ladies preferred
4. Customer service skills and ability to interact with people from all walks in life.
5. Those with marketing experience will have an added advantage.
6. Sharp, Aggressive, go getter, well organized and self motivated.
7. Mature.
8. Salary negotiable depending on experience and ability to deliver.
