At least 3years cognate experience in a five star hotel.
Computer competence.
Ability to handle and manage calls and emails professionally.
Good sense of humor and ability to attend to clients promptly and courteously.
Must be intelligent, good looking, presentable with good interpersonal communication skills.
Must be outspoken, articulate and enthusiastic about the job.
