Job Title: Plant Engineer (Local or Expartriate)

Job Descriptions


  • Plant engineers have a variety of responsibilities, all of

    which are dedicated to greater efficiency, lower cost and

    higher profitability for our manufacturing activities.

  • Their work affect the equipment, the workers, product

    standards and specifications. Experience in manufacturing,

    quality, safety and management is essential.

  • Our Plant Engineer plans, directs and coordinates the

    manufacturing activities including production, modification,

    performance and maintenance of equipment and machinery.


Job Title: Production / Maintenance Engineer

Location:
South West, Nigeria
Job Descriptions


  • Production Engineers and Maintenance Engineers are required

    to work with Plant Engineer to achieve assigned role.

Responsibilities


  • Multi-skilled, core skill either Mechanical or Electrical

    but must be competent in both disciplines, must have a passion

    for continuous improvement, lots of initiative and attention to

    detail and be someone who takes pride and responsibility in

    what he does.

  • Experience with Siemen S7 PLCs and understand

    instrument/control fundamentals.

  • Mechanically he will be able to demonstrate skills, working

    on process and packing equipment, pneumatics, hydraulics,

    gearboxes, valves, rotary locks, pumps and bearing replacement

  • Ensuring and reporting that all assets perform to the

    required level of safety, quality and efficiency.

  • Investigating plant failure or deterioration, recommending

    and carrying out remedial action. Monitoring the effectiveness

    of remedial maintenance or modification work.

  • Assisting, as required, in the preparation of cost

    estimates for plant improvement, remedial identification of

    safety requirements and commercial benefits. Contributing to

    the quality improvement process,with the ethos of getting it

    right first time. Adopting a continuous improvement methodology

    whilst implementing preventative maintenance objectives.

  • Liaising with other team members, including interacting

    with line managers, presenting findings to stakeholders and

    higher management. Managing day-to-day activities, reading and

    analyzing reports.

  • Reviewing budgets and managing cost; overseeing Assets and

    Inventory; tracking and measuring staff performance; and SWOT

    analysis on projects and development.

  • Good business skills and commercial awareness are big

    virtues, as is the ability to motivate others. Deliver on time,

    in-budget, to-specification and contribute to Food Safety and

    Business Quality Management System Development are very

    important

  • Ability to share good knowledge and enforcement of LEAN

    manufacturing process is very essential.


Job Title: Tax Accounting and Compliance Manager

Location:
South West, Nigeria
Job Description


  • The role holder functions as an internal tax specialist to

    the organization ensuring timely and accurate preparation and

    filling of all group’s tax returns,

  • Create and maintain a tax (VAT) compliance policy,

    processes and controls, close interactions with accounting for

    accurate financials from a tax reporting point of view and

    support for business in structuring deals and transactions in a

    tax complaint and optimal way.

Requirements


  • Professionally qualified Accountants with good specific

    knowledge and experience in accounting for corporate income

    taxes, VAT and withholding taxes.

  • Must have 2-3 years of working experience in tax matters.


 Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

Location:
South West, Nigeria
Job Description


  • This position is responsible for leading Quality Department

    team members to ensure that all products are wholesome and meet

    specification and established standards of quality including

    reliability and usability while ensuring the safest working

    environment possible.

Responsibilities


  • Document quality assurance policies, processes and

    procedures;

  • Interpret and implement quality assurance standards;

  • Periodically evaluate sampling procedures, and directions

    for recording and reporting quality data.

  • Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of

    materials and products to ensure finished product quality;

    document internal audits and other quality assurance

    activities.

  • Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues;

  • Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive

    actions;

  • Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality

    activities and monitor risk management activities.

  • Verification and/or maintenance of HACCP SSOP, and

    prerequisite programs, plant environment and finished products.

  • Collaborate with operations on the initiation of corrective

    action and preventive measures when necessary.

  • Ensure adherence to food safety and quality requirements.

Requirement


  • HND or Degree in Food Science or related discipline with

    cognate experience in senior position in food industry is very

    essential.
