Job Title: Import Officer

Location:
Nigeria

Responsibilities


The preferred candidate should be able to carry out the

following:
  • Plan and implement all import and export transportation

    strategies according to all supplier and customer demand and

    administer internal movement of all goods and ensure compliance

    to all government regulations.

  • Partner with suppliers and inventory planners and ensure

    accurate movement of all international goods and ensure arrival

    of goods within required timeframe and obtain best freight

    rates at all times.

  • Design, evaluate and renew all contracts as per

    requirement, monitor and prepare reports for all import

    activities and recommend changes if required.

  • Provide all insurance on shipments and design and execute

    all corrective action plans for processes

  • Assist to prepare all import quotes for customers and

    perform all shipment bookings with carriers.

Qualification


  • Candidates for this position must possess not less than 5

    years experience in a related function with a first Degree in

    Business Administration/Finance/Economics.


Job Title: Fleet Officer

Location:
Nigeria

Responsibilities


The candidate for this position will perform the following

functions:


  • Ensuring optimal condition of our fleet and zero down time

    in all branches of the company

  • Manage repairs/maintenance, co-ordinate daily fleet checks

    to ensure that vehicles are top of the range at all times.

  • liaise with the independent/external mechanic to get the

    best for all our vehicles.

  • Ensure the drivers adhere to the company regulations.

  • Develop fleet administrative standards and vehicle

    operating policies.

  • Prepare a fleet operations budget that will be incorporated

    into the company’s budget.

Qualification


  • Candidate for this position must possess not less than (3)

    years in transport management, with minimum of B.Sc. or HND in

    Transport Management or Logistics and Supply Chain Management.


Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Location:
Nigeria

Responsibilities


The right candidate will be responsible for the following:


  • Provide functional, technical or process leadership.

  • Ensures that periodic and preventive maintenance are

    appropriately scheduled and accomplished and that emergency

    troubleshooting and maintenance support are readily available

    as needed.

  • Monitors and continually improves maintenance processes and

    maintenance personnel performance to achieve enhanced levels of

    efficiency.

  • Manage the staff, processes and activities for maintaining

    all plant machinery to ensure safe, continual and efficient

    operation

Qualification


  • The candidate for this position must possess a B.Sc. or HND

    in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 5- 10 years

    experience.


Job Title: Human Resource Officer

Location:
Nigeria

Responsibilities


The candidate must be able to perform the following

functions:


  • Assist in all recruitment exercise and ensure proper

    documentations

  • Conducts preliminary interview for junior applicants and

    recommend same to Human Resource Manager as appropriate.

  • Monitor staff attendance and responsiveness to

    organizational culture

  • Process staff requests and advise Managements approval

  • Coordinates all staff training activities

  • Maintains and update HR records and progress reports for

    junior and senior staff for the purpose of confirmation,

    upgrading, promotion and discipline.

  • Undertakes investigations of references provided by

    applicants

  • Maintains update of staff list

  • Coordinates performance appraisal exercise

  • Ensure strict adherence to company procedures and rule

  • Ensure proper and regular maintenance of all company

    vehicles and office equipment

  • Ensure proper functioning of utilities e. g. telephone,

    electricity and maintain regular touch with appropriate

    authorities

Qualifications


  • The candidate for this position must possess 5-8 years

    working experience in a related function and a first Degree in

    any field.

  • Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel

    Management (CIPM) and a Post graduate degree will be an added

    advantage.
