Key Responsibilities:
The appointee will amongst other things be responsible for:

Develop and maintain a readily available and up-to-date customer database.
Handle customer complaints and keep accurate up-to-date records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
Visiting customers to provide a one-to-one service delivery.
Develop, build and maintain a strong bonding relationship from customers to company products.

The Suitable candidate must possess:

HND or B.Sc in Social Sciences, MBA will be an added advantage
Minimum of 7 years experience (in managerial position) in FMCG and not more than 40 years.
Good leadership and motivational skill
Interpersonal skills and result oriented
Must be computer literate. with a valid drivers’ license.
