    Our client, a start-up in the e-commerce sector is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide awesome administrative support to the CEO and handle day-to-day office management functions.


    Executive Assistant/Office Manager



     

    Office Location: Apapa-Oshodi Expressway, Lagos.


    Responsibilities



    • Conserve Executive’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating and maintaining communications.

    • Manage the Executive’s calendar and appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.

    • Welcome guests and clients in person or on the telephone; answer/direct inquiries and taking messages.

    • Recording meeting minutes where required.

    • Assist in preparation of presentations & analysis as required.

    • Preparing reports, memos, invoices, letters, and other documents required.

    • Manage general administrative duties required for daily running of the office which include response to inquiries, stationery management and supplies orders, basic bookkeeping tasks etc.

    • Helping new hires settle in with needed resources.

    • Manage all elements of files and records.

    • Follow up on assigned tasks for results.


    Requirements



    • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.

    • IT prociency including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access), google.

    • The ability to interact effectively and collaboratively with management at all levels, as well as the ability to function independently, and as part of a team, in a demanding environment.

    • Top-notch organizational skills.

    • The ability to maintain and handle confidential/sensitive information.

    • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.

    • Creative, open to new ideas, learning and change.

    • Professional level verbal and written communications skills.

    • University Degree/HND.
