Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Description
- We are looking to hire a talented and assertive individual to manage its Business Development Department.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Business Development team.
- Manage monthly report and strategic sessions.
- Focus on generating revenue through training schedule, outsourcing, and retainer-ship agreement.
- Successful candidate will be responsible for advancing the financial goal of the organization.
- Build and manage the relationship with clients.
- Develop a profitable portfolio with clients and partners.
- Create and manage corporate accounts by ensuring retainer-ship with potential and existing clients.
Requirements
- Ability to manage a startup Marketing department
- Must have good presentation, good oral and written communication skills
- Good judgment and decision-making ability.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Marketer in an Outsourcing firm.
- A degree in any related discipline
