Job Title: Store Account/Inventory Officer
Location: Ogun
Job Scope
- To maintain record of receipts as well as issuance of items that are going out of the warehouse to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- To undertake the function of stock taking and confirm the periodic stock on a regular basis by working closely with the designated staff members.
- To ensure the correct and timely valuation of the inventory.
- Generating month end reports.
Experience
- Minimum 2 Years of relevant work experience.
- Strong client relationship management and customer service skills.
- Must have an accounting background.
- Due to the nature of work, this position would suit only male candidates.
Job Title: Reconciliation Officer
Location: Ogun
Job Scope
- Reconciling payments to ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transactions.
- Account reconciliations such as bank, inventory control, clearing, billings etc.
- Issue receipts to customers on receipt of payments.
- Generating month end reports.
Qualification/Experience
- Minimum 2 Years of relevant work experience.
- Strong client relationship management and customer service skills.
- Must have an accounting background.
- Due to the nature of work, this position would suit only male candidates.
