BEVELING MACHINE OPERATOR
JOB DESCRIPTION
MAIN TASKS:
Execute the mechanic activity and operation with the rotating machine
Execute repair with regard to mechanical equipment
Keep clean the work site
Wear the PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
Take care of the machine according to the supplier specification
Participate to the Tool box and JSA (Job Safety Analysis)
Operate the beveling machine during pipe lay operation and ensure adequate attention to perform the pipe bevel according to the Welder Foreman instructions
Perform the beveling of the pipe according to the welding procedures
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Possibly prior offshore work experience
Preference for experience operating beveling machine
OPITO BOSIET certificate appreciated
MECHANIC OFFSHORE
JOB DESCRIPTION
Main Tasks:
Carry out the maintenance and repair of all the pipe lay equipment
Carry out the maintenance of the cranes and winches
Carry out the maintenance and repair of the ILT, Hydraulic and diesel hammer, pumps of Hydraulic power pack, air
compressor and diesel engine
Ensure the cleanliness of the working area
Comply with the pollution procedures
Participate to the daily Tool box and JSA (Job Safety Analysis) when required
Ensure the storage of the tools in the opposite location once used
Report the near misses and incidents to his responsible on duty
Wear always PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
Attend all emergency drills
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Possibly prior offshore work experience
Possibly experience on offshore construction vessels
Preference for experience in hydraulic machines/plants, pneumatic tools, winches, cranes
Recent work experience
