The Person: Age between 30-40 yearsVery Analytical, Smart, Energetic, Result Oriented/Goal DrivenTeam PlayerInterpersonal skills very essentialAbility to work long hours/over the weekendsMust be computer literate.Qualification: A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree and/or HND in Engineering, Food Technology, Chemistry or any Science related coursesMust have worked as a Shift Miller/Asst. Miller in any Flour Mill for at least five (5) years for Shift Millers & three (3) years for Assistant Millers post qualification experienceNABIM Certificate will be added advantageDiploma in Milling TechnologySchool Certificate (SSSC/WASC with five (5) Credits including Mathematics & English Language) in not more than 2 sittings.
