To provide a basic, branch-based business banking sales and service facility to a portfolio of small business customers requiring uncomplicated and standardized financial product solutions.

Purpose of Job
To grow and retain a portfolio of medium sized branch based business banking relationships by performing both a pro- and re-active value adding role to business customers, ensuring that appropriate personal attention is given to customers and that the customers are provided with products, services and advice that will meet their needs.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
Context / Environment:
The Security Department supports the Bank’s objectives through development and implementation of policies covering every aspect of security management, for them to serve as action guidelines at all levels of the Bank. The Security officer reports to the Team Leader Security Infrastructure and Maintenance and is a key member of the security team within the Bank, working closely with other functions.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Preferably a degree in the Humanities, Social Sciences or Arts, or previous security experience in a Multinational environment.Exhibits a high level of initiative, confidentiality and commitmentHas strong people skillsHas sufficient IT knowledge /skills to generate, operate and run reportsHas sufficient CCTV and Access control knowledge and operating systemExcellent inter-personal and leadership skills are also requiredA high level of decision making, objectivity, creativity and integrityAbility to adapt to changes quicklyWorking Relationships:
