Job Title: Project Sales Executive

Job Summary

To exploit business opportunities leading to the overall growth in Company’s sales numbers.

Job Descriptions

Negotiate and win sales for the organisation thereby contributing towards the achievement of team and departmental targets.Prepare proposals and quotations for the provision of total bathroom solutions, working with the other team in preparing installation proposals.Manage customer/client accounts, maintaining knowledge of key account status and following up on outstanding invoices and receivables that are due.Assist in conducting after-sales and/or post-project assessments aimed at ascertaining accuracy, promptness of delivery and overall customer satisfaction.Build and maintain relationships with specifiers and suppliers, for the purpose of creating and strengthening business alliances that complement company’s core competenciesParticipate in sales presentations aimed at pitching for business across pre-determined locations as required in the sales/marketing scorecard

Job Title: Retail Sales Executive
Job Location: Abuja

Job Summary

To welcome and guide in-coming customers along with responding to questions and demonstrating products.

Job Descriptions

Assist in the design and development of Project Monitoring tools, templates and standards, in line with Company approved Project Management methodologyDraft and obtain approval for Installation Project plans, including a work plan as well as a scope and approach documentManage and monitor Project scope, time, quality and budget as part of the end-to-end project management processManage and co-coordinate project and ensure proper product installationLiaise with in-house and clients’ architects to ensure products are properly installed according to drawing specificationGenerate and circulate Project Exceptions report, highlighting installation policy and procedural violationsProject Planning & ControlQuality ControlScope Definition & ManagementInstallation managementRelationship ManagementCustomer Satisfaction Measurement

Job Title: Inventory Officer

Job Descriptions

Direct the handling (offloading, unpacking/packaging and stacking) and movement of items of stock in and out of the company’s warehousesInput inventory information in stock records/documentation (e.g. Excel Spreadsheets, Goods Received Notes etc)Responsible for the physical custody and maintenance of inventory records and documentation.Responsible for close monitoring of re-order levels for all categories of the company’s productsConduct periodic stock counts and extensive stock taking exercises in line with provisions of the corporate inventory management policies, processes & proceduresPrepare/generate inventory reports, highlighting inventory movements and stock levelsEstablishment and maintenance of good communication between the warehouse and other departments.

Advise Management on the manpower/headcount implications of the business strategy as well as best suited methods for addressing manpower needsPlan and implement the end-to-end employee recruitment and selection process in line with the laid down company policies and proceduresAssist in the Company New Hire Induction programme, ensuring seamless and successful implementation.Manage Company employee verification (credential and reference etc verification) and ensure the accuracy and correctness of information contained in staff records and files.Organize and coordinate the company’s Knowledge Sharing initiative as part of a larger competency development and gap bridging programmeLiaise and negotiate with vendors and contractors on matters relating to functionLiaise with Line Supervisors in identifying employee training needs from the results of formal competency assessment exercises.Responsible for collating and preparing the annual training plan/calendar and securing approval for its implementation.
