A. PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO GROUP CHAIRMAN/CEO
REQUIREMENTS
? HND/B. sc in Social Sciences
? Not less than 5 – 7 years similar working experience
? Must be a matured man within the age of 40 – 45 years
? Must be practically social in nature, honest and ready to travel at short notice
? Must have local and international exposures
? Must be familiar with Lagos and other states environs in Nigeria
? Must be liberal, resourceful and a goal getter
B. ESTATE MANAGER
REQUIREMENTS
? HND/B. sc in Estate Management
? Not less than 7 – 10 years similar working experience in a reputable property company, member of COREN will be an advantage
? Good knowledge of agency and property management
? Must be experience in luxury flats of 5 – 10 floors
? Must be a matured man with the ability to work with no supervision
? Knowledge and ability to maintain good facilities for habitable environment
C. SALES / MARKETING MANAGER
REQUIREMENTS
? HND / B. sc in Marketing or any related field
? 7 – 10 years sales/marketing of FMCG in a reputable organization; experience in plastic products will be an advantage
? Proof of work experience in a plastic industry for at least 7 years
? Must be a matured man with the ability to work with no supervision
? Ability to supervise and control a minimum of 10 workers as the team leader
? Ability to create and develop markets for new and existing products
? Must have the initiative for sales drive and monitor transactions to completion
D. IMPORT CLEARING OFFICERS
REQUIREMENTS
? Must be a matured man within the ages of 35 – 40 years
? Must be an ex-custom officer with at least middle rank before retirement
? Must be honest, diligent and hardworking
? Not less than 10 years relevant working experience in all areas of corporate clearing and forwarding
? Ability to initiate import documents to the point of clearing of consignments on arrival at the ports
? Must be able to process custom/immigration issues/approvals
? Must be responsible for clearing of raw materials/machinery
