  • Daily calls to all leads from online page and expo leads from HODs which includes walk-in enquirers, marketing activities and institutional visit leads

  • To send weekly reports of calls and follow-up done in respect to leads received

  • To consistently call and follow-up on leads and ensure students eventually visits our school

  • To daily receive leads from FDEs on walk-ins and enquirers and to follow-up for conversion

  • To report to CM every Friday on all activities carried out for the week and how many students eventually visited our school

  • To report to CSM on completion of every stage of follow-up in respect to Expos and update list on progress made.

  • Generate leads of potential clients

  • Promote and sell Edgewood services using telephone and other online media

  • Ensure registrations targets are met

  • Any other related task that may be assigned

  • The Manager Commercial roaming & High Value sees to the end to end implementation of the core proposition (product & pricing), route to market, advertising, promotion strategies, outbound and inbound roaming customer experience and satisfaction that will facilitate the realization of the consumer segment’s ARPU and Revenue objectives.


Principal Functions
Tactical:



  • Keep abreast of Global marketing trends and strategic direction in roaming product offerings and recommend options or alternatives to the Head, Consumer Sigment Marketing. Manage and coordinate efforts, inputs and outputs and relationship with internal stakeholders and 3rd party organizations with regards to high value, wholesale and retail roaming.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members and manage subordinate’s performance towards the achievement of overall team objectives

  • Plan and manage the human and material resources of the team/function to optimize performance, morale and enhance productivity.


Operational:



  • Responsible for driving the company’ wholesale roaming by establishing new roaming agreements & sign preferred agreements with key operators.

  • Ensure the periodic development and update of demographic profiles specifically for EMTS’s High Value segment.

  • Ensure the development of promotional campaigns targeted at EMTS’s consumer segment aimed at acquiring new high value customers and stimulating usage among existing customers.

  • Design a customer life-cycle extension plan for EMTS’s High Value segment and propose recommendations/new product initiatives

  • Responsible for Determining roaming cost optimization strategy through the management and implementation of roaming discount agreements

  • Determine and implement a roaming strategy based on the cost and coverage needs of the business, supporting retail and wholesale roaming products, services and partnerships

  • Manage and plan the end to end delivery and management of roaming discount agreements (Including M2M addendums) through from negotiation, business case sign-off to credit note reconciliation and ensure that that it fits in the retail roaming strategy.

  • Responsible for collaboration in the design of the strategy and its execution along with tracking the traffic, pricing and quality analysis of various international Roaming partners and produce comprehensive comparison of the carriers mainly for VAS Services, Steering and IRA needs.

  • Manage financial reporting and roaming accounting through EMTS’s management and financial accounting teams

  • Ensure systems compliance by sourcing and roll-out applications and programs to support international roaming and increase service options available on the roaming platform. eg. ability to charge at TAP, TAP charging compliance, technical requirements to support 3G, 4G, CAMEL versions etc.

  • Responsible for revenue from inbound roaming to EMTS and from outbound retail roaming and wholesale partnerships. Targeted to optimize cost savings and support revenue growth through business as usual and Global Solutions.

  • Facilitate and coordinate the technical aspects of interconnect between EMTS and roaming partners:

  • Manage, monitor and evaluate on-going performance and quality of all roaming and high value products and services in line with pre-defined service levels and KPIs.

  • Manage alliances with international roaming partners and ensure achievement of service level agreements.

  • Liaise with EMTS switch unit concerning connection of interconnect partners with EMTS

  • Collect and interpret data on the dimension of air traffic between EMTS and the various operators

  • Anticipate and document possible problems from call data information and map out strategies for mitigating related risks.

  • Develop propositions/business cases for up-to-date roaming packages, propose modifications to enhance existing offerings and proffer recommendations to the Head, Consumer Segment Marketing

  • Liaise with the Marketing Communications and Media teams in defining effective channels for communicating defined/approved initiatives aimed at creating awareness in High Value and commercial roaming.

  • Facilitate new product training and coordinate with relevant client facing functions (e.g. Customer Care, Sales and Regional Personnel) to ensure staff are fully trained on all roaming and high value products and services.

  • Prepare/compile agreed periodic activity and performance reports for the attention of the Head, High Value, Mass Market Segments and Commercial Roaming

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the High Value Mass Market Segments & Commercial Roaming.


Educational Requirements

OVC Project Lead at Catholic Relief Services (CRS) December, 2019


Qualifications and Skills



  • Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Public Health, Child / Youth Development, International Development, Social Science or related field.

  • Strong knowledge of the HIV, OVC, social welfare and health sectors in Nigeria preferred

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HIV/AIDS and OVC programming.

  • Minimum of 5 years in a PEPFAR funded HIV/OVC Program.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of CDC PEPFAR project/awards management including CDC PEPFAR rules and regulation and reporting requirements.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of achieving project targets through applied learning, rigorous knowledge management, and innovation.

  • Experience collaborating with state governments and local partners to implement development projects.

  • Experience managing teams and building partnerships in complex situations

  • Demonstrated attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines and work independently and cooperatively with team members.

  • Writing and oral presentation skills.

  • Strong interpersonal, writing and oral presentation skills in English

  • Willingness to travel significantly throughout all 4GATES project locations

  • Proven leadership qualities, depth and breadth of technical expertise and experience, and strong interpersonal skills.

Job Title: Senior Technical Specialist, MEAL –  4GATES Nigeria

Job Summary



  • The Senior Technical Specialist MEAL) will provide monitoring and evaluation (M&E) leadership to the 4GATES program to ensure that the program is able to document progress and achievement of stated objectives and report to PEPFAR and relevant entities of the Government of Nigeria (GON) in an accurate and timely manner.

  • The Senior Technical Specialist MEAL takes the lead in planning the 4GATES baseline and final evaluations with MEASURE Evaluation, coordinates with Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) officials and CCFN on the use of and updates to NOMIS; liaises with MEASURE and CCFN to support training in NOMIS at the State, LGA and CSO levels and integration of new modules; and actively engages in the Core VC M&E Technical Working Group (TWG).

  • The Senior Technical Specialist MEAL leads the development of the 4GATES Strategic Information System (SIS) and oversees data quality at all levels. The Senior Technical Specialist MEAL is responsible for M&E capacity strengthening of CSO sub grantees and overall collection, quality, analysis, use and reporting of data according to reporting requirements of the GON and PEPFAR.

Qualifications and Skills



  • Master’s degree in Health and or Public-Health oriented field, Epidemiology, Statistics, Health Informatics or related social science.

  • Experience with PEPFAR reporting requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience

  • Minimum of six years’ experience in monitoring and evaluation, including at least 4 of the following:

    • Applied evaluation or research

    • Data analysis, synthesis, and communication of results

    • Design and implementation of evaluation protocols, including quantitative survey

    • Design and implementation of program monitoring systems

    • Development and field-testing of data collection instruments for M&E indicators

    • Analysis of complex data set into understandable charts and tables or other summary templates



  • Excellent analytic, organizational and computer skills; skilled in MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience with SharePoint a plus.

  • Capacity in Microsoft Access and one or more of the following statistical software packages: SPSS, Epi-Info, Stata.

  • Experience in the development of M&E systems in collaboration with stakeholders who may represent a wide range of interests and needs.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with government and civil society partners and communities as well as transfer knowledge to diverse audiences through workshops, training and meetings using participatory methods and adult learning principles.

  • Proven track record in coordinating a project team composed of technical experts and consultants in M&E activity implementation and reporting.

  • Proven leadership and inter-personal skills for effective team work; as well as the ability to work independently on a frequent basis, taking initiative, managing a variety of activities concurrently, and delivering outputs on schedule.

  • Demonstrated ability to support partners working at a distance to achieve results against program objectives/targets.

  • Experience working on a PEPFAR-supported program, especially PEPFAR.

  • Familiarity with OVC M&E, programming and principles.

  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills required.
