MANAGER, MEDIA & COMMUNICATIONS

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer

Duration: One year renewable contract

JOB SUMMARY:

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all media, communication, publications and public relations, providing support for sourcing for grants, writing award winning proposals for our Organization.


Employment considerations and qualifications:

Minimum of University degree in English, Mass Communications, Journalism, or any other related field or discipline,

Minimum of 5years post-graduation experience.

Proficient skills in written and oral communications, report writing, minutes and memo drafting among others.

Media relations and production experience.

Knowledge and efficient use of the social media networks like facebook, twitter, blogs etc

Must be a member of a professional body


ACCOUNTANT/FINANCE OFFICER

Reports to:  Manager, Finance & Grant

Duration: One year renewable contract

Employment Status: Full time


JOB SUMMARY:

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all accounting and financial functions for our state project offices.


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of HND, or its equivalent in accounting, banking &finance, economics and any other related field or discipline,

Minimum of 3years post-graduation experience in finance and  any other related field or discipline,

Efficient computer skills, knowledge and efficient use of accounting software, microsoft excel, spreadsheet and other finance associated computer programmes and software.

Finance and accounting experience with donor funded projects, NGO or development work,

any professional certification would be an added advantage.


MANAGER, PROGRAMMES

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer


Duration: One year renewable contract

JOB SUMMARY:

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing grants, resource mobilization, writing award winning proposals, implementing, coordinating and supervising all our projects andprogrammes in the Organization.


EMPLOYMENT CONSIDERATIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

a minimum of University degree in Public Health, project management, medical sciences and any other related field or discipline,

Minimum of 5years post-graduation experience in one or more of the following thematic areas such as HIV/AIDS, OVC, TB, Malaria, Democracy and Good Governance programming.

Programme experience with donor funded projects, NGO or development work

Proficient skills in programme design, project management, planning, report writing and project report documentation.


MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCES & ADMINISTRATION

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all administrative and human resources functions for the Organization


QUALIFICATIONS& EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of University degree, or its equivalent in Public Administration, Human Resources, Management & Social Sciences and any other related field or discipline,

Minimum of 5years post-graduation experience in  administration and human resources or any other related field or discipline,

Must be a member of a professional body

Administrative &human resources experience with donor funded projects, NGO or development work.


MANAGER, FINANCE & GRANT

Reports to:  Chief Executive Officer


Duration: One year renewable contract


Employment Status: Full time


JOB SUMMARY:


The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all financial and grant management functions for the Organization


QUALIFICATIONS& EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 5years post-graduation experience in finance, and grant management,

Finance and grant management experience with donor funded projects, NGO or development work,

Must be a member of a professional body.
