Job Title: Head of Finance Ops

Job Description
Provide and interpret Financial information;
Monitor, interpret cash-flow and predict future trends;
Analyse change and advise accordingly;
Prepare short and long-term budgetary plans – Financial Forecasting;
Formulate strategic business plans;
Research and report factors influencing business performance;
Analyse market trends viz-a-viz competitors.
Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk
Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities;
Manage the company’s financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems;
Develop external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organizations such as the Inland Revenue;

Strong drive and ability to implement change in fast moving organizations

Willingness to make decisions as necessary and appropriate in accordance with company policies. Self-starter who will take initiative to effect positive change

Ability to work independently, as well as in a team

Strong organizational skills

Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of privileged information and professionalism at all times

Accuracy and attention to detail
