Job Description
- Answer call professionally
- Respond to customers enquiries
- Research required information using available resources
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Provide customers with product and services information
- Enter customer information
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Route calls to appropriate resources
Minimum Qualification
- RN, RM, BSc. Nursing
- Experience: 1-2 years
