Improves product
marketability and profitability by researching, identifying,
and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product
packaging; coordinating new product development.
Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic
visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new
opportunities.
Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and
summarizing data and trends.
Explores ways of improving existing products and
services, to increase profitability
Identifies target markets and developing strategies to
communicate with them
Prepares and manages marketing plans and
budgets
Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning,
developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising,
merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field
sales action plans.
Qualification and Experience
Graduate in Marketing or any related courses, who can
demonstrate good command of English.
Applicant must have a minimum of 4 years experience in
directing the operations of a Marketing/sales department in a
food Production Company.
Must have a sound knowledge of Lagos route and its
environs.
Must be able to accomplish business development
activities by researching and developing marketing
opportunities and plans, also implementing sales
plan.
Monitors and analyzing market trends
Must be able to manage, Monitor and direct sales
executives towards achieving the company sales
target.
Must be able to give Annual, Quarter or weekly sales
report.

OND/HND/B.Sc Graduate in Marketing or any related course
in a recognized tertiary institution.
Applicant must have a minimum of 4 years experience in a

Must be able to work with little or no supervision and
must be able to work under tight time-schedule.
Effective communication and innovative skills.
Strong research skills, knowledge about the food
industry.
Confident and good interpersonal skill.
Ability to identify and resolve problems, have a can-do
attitude.
