Preparation and supervision of technical repairs, modifications and upgradesAudit of cement plants and grinding terminalsOperations of grinding terminals and complete cement plantsPreventive maintenance and planningManagement of required spare partsRecruitment, management and training of employeesManagement of operational stability and improvement-process, product quality, performanceEnsuring health & safety and environmental regulations

Loesche Nigeria’s mission statement is to become a competence carrier for the Nigerian cement industry. It will ultimately be a process and operation-oriented subsidiary for cement plants and grinding technologies. Job Title:  Relation Manager – Project Execution (m/f)

Job Location: Nigeria

Role & Responsibility:

Local Support of Loesche Project Execution department (Germany)Local contact and communication partner to key customersCoordination and following up of open points with key customersResponsibility and monitoring  the budget for local suppliesSite Quality assurance and ExpeditingDetailed technical clarification with suppliers together with experts from other departments in case of site equipment failure and malfunctionsChairing site project team meetingsSetting local order deadlines with continuous monitoringSupport of Site Claims- & Warranty ManagementContinuously reporting using PSR, etc.Comply with all relevant company and statutory health and safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements:

University degree in mechanical engineering or process engineeringExperiences in site management would be an advantageUser knowledge of SAP PS, MS-Project, MS-OfficeExperience in cost and budget control and scheduling managementProficient in project management methodsVery good commercial and legal knowledgeExcellent communication skills and ability to work in a teamAbility to think analytically and to work independently on your own authorityBusiness-fluent spoken and written EnglishFurther language skills would be an advantageWillingness to travel to various locations and to stay an extended time
