CCFN in collaboration with Catholic Relief Services (CRS) Nigeria is preparing to implement the Support to Vulnerable Household for Accelerated Revenue Earning (SHARE) project funded by USAID Nigeria based in rural communities in Northern Nigeria

STATE COORDINATOR (KEBBI STATE)

REQUIREMENTS

A development professional with a minimum of 4 years of program management at supervisory level in a reputable NGOExperience with CSOs and building CSO capacity is desirableGood understanding of Northern Nigeria culture including languageExcellent communication (written and oral), people skills and ability to manage and motivate diverse teamsComputer proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and power pointA post graduate level qualification in a development related area will be a plusMust be prepared to reside in Kebbi but preferably an indigene of Kebbi stateMONITORING AND EVALUATION ASSOCIATE (KEBBI STATE)

REQUIREMENTS

 Degree in statistics, population studies, public health or social Science and development studies or Management or equivalent preferably with a health focusNot less than 5 years relevant monitoring and evaluation experience and also research and evaluation experience, including the ability to analyze research and evaluation findings and other informationDemonstrable knowledge and understanding of donor environment, donor relations and donor M&E and reporting systemsExperience of monitoring and evaluation strategies and systems developmentExcellent analytical, writing and verbal communication skillsAbility to professionally present CCFN to host government and other organizationsSupervisory experience and experience in developing and managing teamsAbility to work both in a team and independently and ability to transfer knowledge through formal and informal trainingDemonstrated capacity to develop and monitor capacity buildingDemonstrable ability to work closely with understanding and support church partnersExperience working with governments at different levels helpfulExcellent English language oral and written communication skillsProficiency in MS Office suite, including Word, Excel and outlook
